Processing Time

Based in the Highlands and Islands of Scotland, we design and dispatch orders for clients all over the world. As all of our pieces are handmade to order, items within our current collections take 2-3 weeks  to create.
Bespoke or custom designs require 4-6 weeks to create.
For urgent orders please contact Alexandra as soon as possible to discuss additional options.

Delivery

UK & Ireland: Standard delivery costs £3.99 and takes 3-4 working days from the date of dispatch.

Special delivery - tracked & signed for. This option costs £14.99 and will arrive the next working day after the date of dispatch. 

Europe: Standard EU shipping costs £9.99 and takes 12 working days from the date of dispatch. 

International Tracked EU shipping costs 12.99 and takes 7-10 working days from the date of dispatch.

USA: Standard US shipping costs £12.99 and takes 12 working days from the date of dispatch. 

International Tracked US shipping costs £15.99 and takes 7-10 working days from the date of dispatch.

Australia: Standard shipping costs £12.99 and takes 12 working days from the date of dispatch. 

International Tracked  shipping costs £15.99 and takes 7-10 working days from the date of dispatch.

Rest of World: Standard shipping costs £8.00 and takes 12-14 working days from the date of dispatch. 

International Tracked shipping costs £12.99 and takes 7-10 working days from the date of dispatch.

 

Returns

We will accept a return or exchange of any order (excluding bespoke pieces) for any reason provided you have contacted us within 14 days of receiving your order, after which you will have another 14 days to return the item to us. You will have to pay the postage and we recommend you use a signed-for service. Exchanges are final and we will not be able to offer another exchange or a refund. 

Any item returned for refund or exchange must be unused and in perfect condition, and must be returned with any tags still attached and in it's undamaged packaging. 

As bespoke pieces are custom-made they cannot be returned or refunded for any reason other than if the item is found to be faulty.  Faulty items must be returned to us within 28 days of receiving your item, and we will be more than happy to repair, replace or refund any faulty bespoke item. However, this does not cover customer damage.

For hygiene health and safety reasons, earrings cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.
